In that battle, which took place at the center of the Grand Temple in [[Ar Salem Dolem]]), the Night Hunter and the Faceless were trapped inside orbs of magicite after being defeated, and the Cold Mother appealed to an unknown greater demon (vaguely spider-form in appearance) and transformed. She was destroyed and confirmed dead, her Name being eaten by jotnar in the [[Abyss]].
