			His message and power is supported by the [[Cult of Burning Law]], an organization of [[Plane-touched\|fire-born]], [[Plane-bound\|lava-bound]], and [[named]] individuals who operate out of the capital of the [[Plane of Lava]], [[Nara Kara]]. They enforce his dictates (as voiced by the Masked Judges) and mediate disputes (including acting as judges for trial by combat). Although Alastor himself is tied to the elemental plane, many of his cultists believe that they have an obligation to spread his influence everywhere (in keeping with the theme of volcanic inexorability).
