An offshoot of the [[Mother Tree]], formed when a [[Hags|hag]] satiates his or herself completely with their obsession and is ready to pass on. Instead, the seed that replaced their heart sprouts and roots itself in the ground, trapping the hag's soul in a perpetual mockery of themselves, a living hell that seeks to grow itself a new [[Hagfen]], while the soul remains conscious and (some say) knows the bitterness and futility of its obsession.

While powerful, Daughter Trees are much more vulnerable than their mother.
