The name given to the various tribes that inhabit the [[Great Eastern Dustlands]] of central-eastern [[Noefra]]. They are uniform only in that they generally do not get along well with outsiders. Or each other.

A few of them, especially those near [[Shadvaal]] are:

;[[Altai]]: Ihimisi (and cross-breeds) tribal confederation. Horse and sheep. More tied in with civilization than most. Due to poorer lands, they hire many of their people out as mercenaries (the [[Horse and Bow]] group).
;[[Chuvashka]]: Human (and cross-breeds). The traditional allies of Shaadval among the duster tribes. Detest the [[Dead Walkers]], as they continually lose people to the heretics.
;[[Azeri]]: Orc (and cross-breeds). Very superstitious. Militant and proud warriors. Don't mind the [[Dead Walkers]] all that much and are one of the few who willingly cooperate with them against the Hagfen.
;[[Dugai]]: Mixed human/ihmisi. A dying tribe, squeezed from all sides. Their only refuge is a rich oasis hidden in the broken lands. [[Peharzh]] in particular pushes on them, and weak leadership has led many to defect either north or south.
;[[Bashkai]]: Mixed human/ihmisi Once part of Dugai, they broke off about 40 years ago. They hate dragons.
;[[Pelotai]]: Orcs (no cross-breeds, those are exiled). Consider themselves the "true heirs" of Gromash. Honorable but brutal.
