The nation-like alliance of undersea dwellers ([[kalasaa]], [[ika-ika]], [[Mkhulu|kkhulu]], and [[comiedai]], among others) who control the [[Sea of Dreams]] as well as the ocean north of [[Noefra]]. Highly decentralized, but united in that they are fervently devoted to [[Leviathan]] and the [[Allsong]].

== Interactions with Land-dwellers ==
Before the events of [[Axe and Song]], they had little to no interactions with land-dwellers. In large part because there was only very limited sea traffic in their domain, and that only in the coastal shallows of the southern Sea of Dreams.

Since [[Axe and Song]], they have started interacting with the land-dwellers more substantially and maintain an "embassy" of sorts on an island just north of [[Honedaxe]].
