== Climate ==
The grip of Ice still holds sway here. The summers are short and cool, with snow often lingering in patches until nearly High Summer. The winters are brutal, with heavy snow, howling winds, and pitch darkness all starting as early as Autumn Dying.

Only hardy plant life grows here--resilient grasses in clumps, small scrubby trees with deep roots into the rock, etc. Wildlife too is sparse, and mostly limited to small animals (and their predators).

== Inhabitants ==
There are no native Spoken inhabitants of Icefall. One small settlement, the remnant of [[Errak the Beastmaster]]'s vain dream of a nation worshiping him as a god, now liberated, remains where the two rivers join in a sheltered hollow.
