The capital of [[Tibor Imperia]] through most of the [[Ages of the World|Third Age]]. Located on an artificial island in the middle of [[Lake Coy'in]] (which was much smaller before the [[Cataclysm]]) and connected to the mainland by 16 bridges, it showcased the power and magico-technological might of the empire. Full of gleaming spires and magical lights, it was a wonderland...if you were rich. Hidden underneath (literally, buried in the foundations and piles that held it up) was an undercity of despair and filth, a breeding ground for the living fuel for the empire's insatiable hunger.

It was destroyed in the opening act of the [[War of Souls]], when a band of rebels, sickened by the corruption and evil acts of the empire's mage cadres (especially the creation of the [[Dragonborn]] at [[Imperial Research Alpha]]) sacrificed themselves to throw the city and its inhabitants into [[Shadow]] during a meeting of the Imperial Senate and Court.

Now known as [[Centrum]], it is the home of delusions and dreams, of bright color and predators, at the center of [[Mirrorhaven]].
