Broken, arid terrain characterizes this region--caught between two tall mountain ranges it gets very little precipitation. Populated only by monsters and wandering tribes of [[goblins]] and [[giant-kin]], it is not a place that civilized nations have cared about since the fall of the Third Moon brought it into existence.
