This is the center-place of the plane, [[Lamies the Silent|Lamies the Silent's]] court, although that enigmatic figure does not hold court in a normal sense. Mortals and non-mortals alike come here to escape the pain of their lives, either by seeking oblivion (temporary or lasting) in drugs or magicked dreams or by seeking psychic surgery to remove unwanted thoughts, dreams, and personality traits and substitute new ones. It's rumored that one can have their personally completely altered...for a price. The prices are only denominated in coin for the least-consequential services; other ones require payment in the coin of favors and acts. They do not share customer information, but certainly keep it.
