The most secretive of the orcish tribes affiliated with [[Wyrmhold]], Skem has specialized in mystics and shamans. They train most, if not all, of the tribal shamans for the other three tribes, as well as many of the surrounding tribes. They even train [[ihmisi]] shamans. As such, they provide an anchor. It was under the guidance of the head shaman of [[Skem]] back in the day that the four tribes allied with the [[dragonborn]] in the first place to repel the [[Hungering Frost]].

Politically they are officially neutral, but they exert subtle influence toward keeping the nation together and brokering peace between the factions.
