The capital and only city on [[Toryuu Island]], a large island between the northern and southern [[Oelfra]]. It exists at the sufferance of the [[Eldest (Dragon)|Eldest]], an ancient gold dragon who lairs in the super-volcano that looms over the city. By treaty, it is neutral ground for the often warring nations of the continent.

Roughly 50k, mixed [[jazuu]] and [[dwarves]], although many mixed dragon-touched individuals also reside there.

== Politics ==
The city is ruled over by the Ten Houses, jazuu families with long histories. Several of them contribute servants to the undertaking that is the [[Eldest (Dragon)|Eldest's]] lair. The lower class are almost all dwarven, considered workers at best and scum at worst. The city has no wall or other significant defenses--anyone stupid enough to attack it would be crushed by all the nations of Oelfra.
