Great Northern Alliance
From Dreams of Hope
The nation-like alliance of undersea dwellers (kalasaa, ika-ika, kkhulu, and comiedai, among others) who control the Sea of Dreams as well as the ocean north of Noefra. Highly decentralized, but united in that they are fervently devoted to Leviathan and the Allsong.
Interactions with Land-dwellers
Before the events of Axe and Song, they had little to no interactions with land-dwellers. In large part because there was only very limited sea traffic in their domain, and that only in the coastal shallows of the southern Sea of Dreams.
Since Axe and Song, they have started interacting with the land-dwellers more substantially and maintain an "embassy" of sorts on an island just north of Honedaxe.
