A realm of arcane, semi-living machinery, factories, and foundries in the Celestial City. To some degree, it serves as the heart of the Great Mechanism--from here the devils of family Malphas (and much of Territory Thoraz) and their helpers carry out maintenance across the Astral Plane. Here as well are the forges and armories of the Angelic Host, presided over by the 4th Legion of the 1st Host. It is said that there are direct portals from here to angelic outposts throughout the Dream.
