The sub-capital of the Duarchy, located at the edge of the Dreamwall Mountains in Dreamshore. Home to Lady Coldwind.
Compared to most of the capital cities, Baile Craan is by far the least populous and the most backwater. Even within its nation, it has little influence, with the Dukes mostly doing their own things. Located far from the main trade routes, it has languished badly in the years since it was founded in the late 150s.
