Srassa Saat

Once the smallest village in the Northern District of the Stone Throne. Now has become a major trade stop on the route to the Sea of Grass. Notable for the Greenscale Distillery, which produces some of the finest liquor in the Federated Nations (and is run by ryuukin).

Was the launching place for the Tooth and Spell (Campaign).

Srassa Saat ca 252 AC

As of 252 AC, the town of Srassa Saat has grown to a population of approximately 1200 people...not counting the now hundreds of ryuukin who live in burrows and tunnels under the Greenscale Distillery or the 500 soldiers permanently stationed there (especially after the New Year's War). It boasts one of the larger garrisons for the former Northern District, as it is the northernmost significant settlement of that nation and bears responsibility for protecting the entire region and the borders.

Its economy is mostly fishing and agriculture, but most of the monetary income comes from the Greenscale Distillery, which produces various high-potency and high-quality distilled alcohols in substantial quantity.

Amenities

1. There is a large Temple of the Queen Ascendant here, boasting a priestess who is capable of casting 5th-circle spells, including the ability (if paid appropriately) to raise the dead.
2. The market here has a mix of northern and southern goods.
3. The distillery sells its second-run liquor and beer here for very little from the Blind Rodent tavern, located at the north end near the distillery.
