The collective name for the inhabitants of the Drowned Coast. Mostly humans and orcs (the orcs descended from from the Army of Chaos at the Cataclysm War). Many of them have fallen and been subsumed into the Tlalocanan nation. Technically, "meztlan" only refers to the human folks, but most use it for all the refugees in Auringon unless they need to specify.
Many of the refugee meztlans settled in Auringon, while the k'jin headed further north along the Lost Coast. The uacmin were denied passage and stay in the swamps south of the Cascade.
