Founded in 209 AC by the Catalysts and the leaders of the Federated Nations to identify, train, and oversee operations of the Adventurer's Guild. It operated as such until 226 AC, when the AG turned to a more supervisory role. Newly-chosen members of the Guild, especially Enforcers, are still trained here.
