Zagan

Diabolical Family of Territory Chou. Based in Ghenna's capital. Pride themselves as being "rulers" of Ghenna, although the other families of that territory say it's only because no one else wanted the job, and they rarely listen to Don Zagan except humoring him. The truth is...complicated.

Their motto is "I am the only king! All will bend the knee to my majesty!". And true to that, they specialize in tyranny and authoritarian oppression. Means vary from supporting the direct conquest of areas to manipulating mortals from behind the scenes until all power rests in their hands.

Don Zagan

LE. Serves as the titular "Ruler of Hell" (well, Ghenna). Isn't much concerned with the mortal world or his underling's actions, as long as he gets his cut. Fosters the antagonism between his underlings to prevent them from taking his spot.

Underboss Xel'seka

LE. Tyranny, subjection, enslavement. Called "Slavelord". Very much a fan of direct action rather than subtle manipulation.

Underboss Ikal'seka

NE. Shadowy rulership. Patron of viziers everywhere. Diametrically opposed to Xel'seka.

Brigadier Korv'al

LE. Works under Ikal'seka. Epithet is "The Snake in the Grass" His area of responsibility encompasses Ikela and its surroundings. Some timelines have him strongly connected to the Dragon Tyrant Kozhun. In 251 AC, his machinations led him into conflict with Tempus Machina, and led to his downfall. He's now only a minor soldier, deeply in debt.
