Ignace Oliten

Ignace, Cardinal of the Spire for the Breath of the Sun, was born Ivor vo'Byarsha is a green dragonborn from Byarmarsh. His family, which isn't noble but is influential, is heavily involved with automaton labor. As such, he sees them as objects and tools. Plus, if Awakening became common, his family would be beggared. Combine that with just being a general bigot and a bit of a dragonborn supremacist (we're the chosen race...the rest of you are fine if you serve us) and you get a nasty piece of work.

He's attained his position at a young age by also being an effective warrior, a charismatic preacher, and having significant magical power. Politically, he's the leader of the firebrand theocracy faction, and sees himself as being the appropriate High Priest and King of the new Wyrmhold he's trying to create.

Demographic Information

Ignace is a 28 year old green dragonborn. Unlike most of the Breath of the Sun, he prefers lighter armor and mobility, as well as ranged attacks, although he is competent in melee combat. Mechanically, he has features of both Fighter and celestial warlock, although he doesn't have class levels. His effective level-equivalent is 7.

Personality

Animated, with a volcanic temper and strong opinions fiercely defended. Eloquent and stirring speeches are specialty.

Control. I know what is best for the people; they will prosper under my hand.

Bond

I am devoted to the nation of Wyrmhold and will do whatever it takes to see it become preeminent among nations.

Flaw

Those I consider lesser (often on nothing more than racial grounds) are but tools to be used and discarded.
