Selai

A cysgor, originally of the Oula Sept. He was exiled for extensive disagreements with the head of that sept. He was also the adoptive father figure to Rune al'Tor during much of his early life among the shadow elves. With his help, Enigma defeated the fiend-and-Awakener-influenced heads of the Raven and Magpie septs. In the aftermath, Selai was chosen as the new Septarch of Oula, working to bring them back into something like a sane populace.
