Weilgoroesi

So-called "sea elves". Extremely rarely seen by the surface folks of Noefra, they are most common in the outer islands of the southern Primal Sea and south-western Oelfra. Small colonies exist elsewhere as part of the sea-borne alliances.

Physical Appearance

Notable for pale blue-green skin, sea-weed green hair, and short stature. Weilgoroesi rarely stand more than 5'2". Their feet and hands are slightly webbed and clawed (more like long nails) and 2" or so fins ride the forearms and lower legs.
