The pre-Cataclysm water-aspected plane. Split into the Plane of Ocean, Plane of Ice, and Plane of Mud with the planar realignment following the Cataclysm.

Originally ruled by Tatsuryuu; after her cursing, rulership of the plane fell to her daughter Selesurala, she who ascended after the Cataclysm.
