The "pure" water plane, Ocean is, as the name suggests, an aquatic plane. There are islands of air in giant bubbles (some of which are the size of continents and hold huge civilizations), but most of the life is in the sea. The sea floor ranges from shallow to thousands of miles deep. Here, secrets are lost and knowledge gained...but at what price?
