Hall of Frozen Memory
From Dreams of Hope
A place in the Valley of Memory in the Plane of Ice near Estokh. Cared for by the Caretakers of Memory, it contains literally what it says it does. Memories, frozen in ice. Those who are allowed entrance (based on arcane criteria set by the caretakers) can wander among statues of people, as if carved from ice. Touching them sends the visitor into the memory.
The criteria for entry and the method by which new memories are acquired is unknown.
