Fourth-largest city in the Serpent Dominion other than Kel'al'ar. Located on the SW edge of Lake Thom.

Makeup: 40% human, 40% half-elf, 20% tiefling
Leadership
Currently ruled by Pelas the White, formerly of the Dimwit Syndicate. He received the title of Phra for his participation in the events around the Battle of Kel'al'ar and the other actions of the Syndicate. Under his leadership, the town has become a significant trading mecca for goods coming from Tarad'am and Tong Pa. Not incredibly political.
