AKA the demon prince Seleleana. Demon prince of chaos and insanity, his plots are so convoluted that his cults often end up taking both sides and working against each other. Which is how she wants it. Their origin and nature are unclear. Some believe that it is the most ancient demon prince, dating back well into the 1st Age. Others say zhe is more recent than the White Skull.

This being is too insane and random even for Pinwheel. Any semblance of coherence or direction is abhorrent to it. It plots against everything and everyone, itself included. It glories in insanity, malicious tricks, false prophecies, and other deceptions. Its cult appears to act randomly. Some observers are worried that this appearance of randomness is actually a cunning façade. It never puts in a personal appearance and does not seem to respond to sacrifices. Additionally and anomalously, its cultists do not practice blood magic and sacrifice as much as others (although, being utterly chaotic, they still do occasionally).They have "followers", other demons that act in its name. How much of a connection exists is unknown.
