Sinner's Tear
An order of Oath-sworn (aka paladins), as well as others dedicated to their cause. Not very organized, it exists throughout Noefra in small cells, totaling maybe 50 people. Each cell is usually a knight and his fellow aspirants and maybe an ally or so. A significant number of pact-bound, often who have pacted with Redemption.
Their oath is
- to protect the light from the darkness,
- to take on the sins of the world so that innocents don't falter.
- to train so that when they're condemned to the Waste for their sins, they can fight the demons there on equal terms from the inside and break the doors of Hell. Despite Hell not really being a thing...

I am the last tear of the sinner
I am damned; my sins haunt me.
There is no forgiveness for my deeds;
When I die, the demons will appear.
