The oldest institution of learning and training in Ikela, legendarily founded before the reign of Kozhun, and re-established soon after his defeat. Very much a traditionalist, hardline conservative institution. Located in Mirzapor. Attended almost entirely by scions of the First and Second families, with a few bright children of lower families who have been accepted on scholarship.
