A fey-influenced harpy chick, raised by gnomes on the Isle of Beasts. Matured unnaturally rapidly. Adopted by Wan Tian Kuo while in the egg after, well, the party (in self defense) destroyed the rest of the nest.
She has trained with Dil in voice control and has taken after her dad, becoming a non-lethal masked vigilante. Has minor shape-shifting powers, letting her appear as a (sometimes winged) humanoid woman.
She is Batwoman.
