Intermountain Wastes

Also known as the Moon's Vengeance Wastes. This arc-shaped region of central Noefra separates the Inner Border Range from the Outer Border Range east and south of the Uulan Gap. Broken, arid terrain characterizes this region--caught between two tall mountain ranges it gets very little precipitation. Populated only by monsters and wandering tribes of goblins and giant-kin, it is not a place that civilized nations have cared about since the fall of the Third Moon brought it into existence.
