Shaher, Voice of Creation

Elemental lord of the Plane of Wind. Appears as a feather-winged "dragon-like" figure--a long snaky body, four small legs, and four long white wings. His true nature is unknown to scholars. He is known to enjoy music of all types.

As befits his chosen plane, he wanders throughout the realm and does very little "lord" business, intervening only when substantial conflicts threaten to break out or when outside forces cause significant problems. When he does, the results are exceedingly unpleasant for all guilty parties. And "guilty" attaches without much discrimination.
