Palace of Shimmering Waters

The home of the Morrigan in Beastholme. Located in the reflection of the Northern Frostlands, adjacent to the northern sea.

The palace gets its name because scattered around its expansive garden-like grounds are reflecting pools that are said to be able to show a mortal whatever facts of the past or present their heart desires...at an extreme price. Also there are statues that contain copies of the memories of past heroes and villains alike, said to be able to converse with those the Morrigan deems worthy.

Resident here is the Morrigan's court, served by countless fey, spirits of the dead, as well as a number of mortals (primarily gnomes from a hidden community in the Frostlands).
