Lady of Frost, Ice Titan, Orb-wielder, Cursed Mother

Isskap was the ruler of the Plane of Ice from shortly after the Cataclysm (when Selesurala ascended to godhood) until 212 AC when she was destroyed by the Wild Cards during the All in the Family campaign. Her final, post-death role was during the final campaign of Half Measures, when the remnants of her personality were healed and/or destroyed during the quest to find the Glacierheart.
