The region of the west bank of the Kaela River south of the Tiboreld Bridge, stretching about 45 miles north to south and from the river to the foot of the Sundown Hills to the west.
Of the peoples left behind by the Holy Kaelthian Republic, it is doing the best as it retains strong ties with the Duarchy, Rauviz, and Crisial Kingdom. It takes its name from Tsun Azur and the people's aspirations to be ruled by that hero. He has no desire to give in to their pleas.
The capital is Merrybranch, and the people here are a near-even mix of humans and halflings.
