A mythical place, located in Tal Elamor at the north-eastern edge of the Noefran continent. Supposedly the size of a small city itself, it has existed since just after the Dawn War to house the Cosmic Forge and the knowledge of all time. Entry is controlled by the Curator, a mysterious entity.
Ad Elementis confirmed its existence and location in 252 AC.
