Third Host, 2nd Legion Headquarters

The headquarters of the Angelic Host in the planes of water, the H3L2 Headquarters is located in the Valley of Memory in the plane of Ice. Half of the H3L2 forces report directly to the headquarters and are stationed on the plane of Ice; the rest are scattered over the other two aquatic planes.
