Xol'cerd

An adult dragon, local leader of the Hungering Frost. Struck down by adventurers in 211 AC, and then fused into Brom Mountain-break. The fused entity was killed in 212 AC by the Wild Cards.

She hated the dragonborn for centuries as a result of manipulation by Isskap. The Frost Titan secretly encouraged her brother (as a wyrmling) to raid the area to the west of the Caldera in the year before the Cataclysm. She then manipulated a party of adventurers (the Divine Three) to cross his path and destroy him. Since several of them were dragonborn, she was able to manipulate Xol'cerd into swearing blind vengeance on all dragonborn. Her brother's soul imprint was trapped in his skull by Isskap and served as an unwilling advisor to the Hungering Frost until freed by the Wild Cards.
