The 200-mile wide valley of hills and mountains from the Outer Barrier Range north to the Dreamwall Mountains and the Giant Spine Mountains, the region known as Moon's Vengeance Foothills is the outermost portion of the scar left on Quartus millennia ago by Moon's Fall. Dominated by dwarves and other hardy folk, this is a land of harsh weather and wandering monsters, as well as a land steeped in ancient traditions dating back to the First Age.
