A meta circle of primal practitioners, border walkers, herbalists, witches, and healers who revere the healing aspect of the Firebird and nurture that side to benefit the Spoken races. They bitterly oppose the Circle of Purging Flame, and the latter tries to obliterate cells of Radiant Wings wherever possible. As a result, the Circle of Radiant Wings tends to hide its affiliation.
Known cells
- The Kelshanne family of noted druids and healers in the eastern Sea of Grass are the senior members of the Circle, having the responsibility to maintain the hosts of the Firebird's essence.
