The Dragonslayers were founded by a former adventurer, Balthazaar vo Gal. Their mission is to fight monsters and bring trophies. The bigger and meaner the monster, the better. Their preferred methods involve fire, explosions, or big flashy magic. Swords and axes work too. They maintain an insurance policy (self-insured, because no reputable firm would underwrite them) against collateral damage caused by their members. All current members pay a fraction of their quest rewards into this pool, and it's constantly running low.
