Eternal Storm

Occupying roughly 1/4 of the entire volume of the Plane of Lightning (or about 1/48th of the entire volume of the universe), the Eternal Storm has been spinning since the planes were formed. An immense volume of cloud, lightning, sentient lightning, elementals, pirates, and strange beings, to enter it is to become lost. Very few that do enter it leave; of those, a few have reported seeing an eye, a calm spot that seems to drift around unpredictably. In that eye...a titanic fortress/city/construct. But none have reported having actually visited it.

In late 253 AC, the Ruin Raiders entered it following a vision from a reflecting pool at the Palace of Shimmering Waters. There they confirmed that yes, there is a giant eye ringed by severe winds. The eye is roughly 100 miles across and a sprawling city floats at its center, surrounded by outlying, disconnected towers. It is probably connected to Perkunos, who ruled the Plane of Air during the First Age.
