From Dreams of Hope

The current Praecentor of Penance, the operational head of the Breath of the Sun. Born Tek alk Too (Rock of the Mountain tribe), he joined the Breath of the Sun after the Caldera Conflict despite being in his 60s and rose through the ranks rapidly. Now pushing 90, he still maintains a grasp on the reins of control. He and Ecclesiarch Horus Manus have a close working relationship despite being seen to differ on matters of policy. In reality, the two play off each other to keep the radicals unsettled and unable to gain full command.

He's seen as stern but not harsh--he hands out both penance and reward equally and fairly and forgives those who fail, as long as they did what they could. That forgiveness does not excuse further failure, however. He remembers the Winter Wars and the Hungering Frost; the lessons of those cold dark days still reside in his bones, like the memory of icy wind from Mt. Nyx. His Mountain tribe was disaffected from Isskap's reign, but was forced to fight on occasion and lost many of its members to the Hungering Frost, to the dragonborn and orcs of Wyrmhold, or to starvation and exposure in that continual winter wasteland. His resolve is to not see more of his family (for that is how he considers the priests and acolytes) fall in senseless fighting for hollow glory.

Demographic Information

An elderly jazuu of the Nocthian Caldera, his best fighting days are behind him. He wears the robes of Penance (which are armored, but...) and carries the ceremonial hammer. He should not be underestimated, however. Mechanically, he's a Noble, although wearing plate armor and carrying a warhammer instead of a rapier (with appropriate ability score alterations). He is not a spellcaster.
