Grimhold

A dwarven clan hold buried deep in the westernmost tip of the Outer Barrier Range south-west (and vertically below) Fuar Uulan, abandoned centuries ago when it fell to a "curse". Experts in runic technology and smelting. Greed and betrayal led to the birth of a hag bent on revenge, who drove the residents mad and caused them to kill each other and giving birth to a Daughter Tree. From there it fell into urban legend and myth, a scary story told to children.

The Daughter Tree and associated forces were destroyed by Ad Elementis in winter 251 AC. The Uulan Confederacy is now undertaking an expedition to see what can be learned from the ruins.
