An arch-comiedai, one of the most powerful of his kind. But also one of the more cautious. He has taken up residence near the Drowned Coast along with several others of his kind. A renegade, he rejects both Leviathan and the Twisted's influence, choosing to forge his own path toward the "perfection" of mortal society...at least as he sees it. His are the mental tentacles behind the Tlalocana empire.
