Imperial Meztli
A nation occupying the south-western edge of Noefra from the War of Souls until the Cataclysm. Notable for being the birthplace of Kul'Asad and the starting point of the adventures of the Divine Three. Once an outlying imperial province, its rulers claimed descent from the Aurum Dynasty (and thus rightful rule over all the lands that once were part of the western Empire). Most historians consider this claim to be garbage, especially since there were at least four, completely unrelated ruling families. From the start, it was a harsh place where slavery and blood sports were accepted.
Also notable for being the first place destroyed by the Army of Chaos during the Cataclysm War. After the armies moved on, many of the survivors intermarried with remnants of those armies.
