Duke Rabbit Lake of the Duarchy. A former pirate during the unsettled years after the fall of the Council Lands, she "rules" from Rabbiton. Her daughter, Kati Rabbit Lake has taken up her role, and played a minor part in the Vault of Kings (Campaign).
