Moonshell Dragon Flight

A flight of dragons that, unlike most, maintains open political relationships with mortals and can be said to be a nation. Located north west of Ikela, the two have been allies of convenience for generations, but relationships are somewhat strained right now (251 AC). By treaty, the flight controls all outside access to their lands.
Organization
The flight proper consists of 2 ancient dragons, 6 adults, and a dozen young. Attached to the flight are three orders of dragon knights, bonded to drakkons. These latter serve as the local leadership in the villages of mortals that make up the bulk of the population.
