From Dreams of Hope
A small nation north-east of the Dead Plateau and Mt. Fearg, on the south-west border of the Hagfen. Unusual in that they practice cultural necromancy and "black" magic, but only in controlled doses along the Hagblight, the carefully maintained dead-lands that hedge in the ever-expanding fen.
