Pactland

Of the nations that formed after the breakup of the Kingdom of Dreamshore, Pactland has the least desire to be involved with broader affairs. Composed of the mostly-pastoral sheepherders of the north-western Sea of Grass with only a few major settlements (namely Sheplyn and Innsmouth) and not particularly interested in the trade flowing down from Axeholm to Lake Coy'in along the Avon-Pact, its people are content to be mostly ignored.

This is amplified by the outsized weight that the (mostly isolationist) druids of Pactum Grove wield -- they are willing to assist the farmers and herders at the cost of living simple, straightforward lives close to the soil. They oppose any manufacturing, mining, or even trade depots that would draw outsiders to settle on the broad plains.
