The descendants of those hobgoblins altered by the Kel'tan Empire to incorporate feline traits, a large number of these feline humanoids escaped to the Great Rift. The largest concentration of them lives in Ithemba. Another small group (the Kindred), humans twisted by abyssal influence, lives in Godsfall.
